A preliminary read of the records you have, by a licensed nursing home administrator, before the firm commits to the case.
Plaintiff firms evaluate far more nursing home matters than they file. ECS reviews the records available at that stage and gives counsel a preliminary read on whether the care and regulatory issues support taking the case on.
Most firms use this per case. Some arrange it on a standing basis when their intake volume justifies it. Either way the deliverable is the same: a direct conversation with the reviewer, not a report you have to decode.
