ECS is building a standing panel of nursing home and elder care experts. If you have run facilities, led nursing in long-term care, or practised in this population, the firm wants to hear from you.

ECS works one field and nothing else, so panel members are not competing for attention with every other specialty in a general directory. Engagements come in from plaintiff and defense firms across all 50 states, and the firm keeps more than one expert in each area of expertise so that a conflict does not stall a case or strand a client.

The founder is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and screens every inquiry personally, which means you receive matters that have already been assessed for fit rather than a forwarded email.

A current CV and fee schedule
Willingness to work plaintiff and defense matters
Availability to meet deadlines once a matter is accepted

How an engagement works

Introduction
Send a CV. If the background fits the panel, ECS follows up directly.
Matching
Inquiries are screened by the founder and paired with the expert whose background fits the facts and the venue.
Engagement
CV and fee schedule go to counsel, conflicts are cleared, and the retention runs through ECS.
The work
Record review, reports and merit opinions, then deposition, arbitration or trial.
