Julian G. Rich is a seasoned executive with over 45 years of experience in senior care, specializing in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and post-acute/rehab care facilities. He holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from George Washington University and was awarded a fellowship for graduate study by the U.S. Public Health Service. Julian is a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in Massachusetts and has achieved Fellowship status with the American College of Health Care Administrators, where he was also honored as “Outstanding Member” in 2011.

As the Founder of J RICH SOLUTIONS, Julian leads a consulting firm dedicated to organizational enhancements, operational improvements, and business development. His diverse clientele includes attorneys, healthcare facilities, human service organizations, educational institutions, and various businesses. Julian also serves as an expert witness with HOSPITAL EXPERTS, Inc., offering his extensive expertise in the senior care industry.

Julian's career highlights include roles as President/CEO of Penacook Place, where he directed a $900,000 turnaround, and Executive Director positions at Rosewood Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and Quabbin Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation. He has successfully led start-ups and turnarounds of multiple facilities, enhancing their financial health, management systems, and quality of care.
